This company is outstanding!! I live in OKC and this was for my dad's place in Eufaula. His condo flooded while he was in the middle of an extended hospital stay. From the time Mo contacted me to assemble his crew to Casey giving me frequent updates, they and the rest of their team (Cameron, Ashton and Mike) were friendly, professsional, thorough and informative. FloodSERV sent a crew to my house to stop water damage. They cleaned the carpet, cut the destroyed Sheetrock from the ceiling, put water release holes in a side wall, sprayed a disinfectant to prevent mold and place fans and a dehumidifier, the first evening.They called and checked up on the drying progress daily.They removed all the equipment when everything was dry.The crew did all this in a very respectful and efficient manner.Thank you Floodserv team for excellent work. Casey & Jared came to simply (what I thought!) clean my parents a/c ducts for the first time ever. Man, was I wrong! What a detailed, fine oiled machine/process those young men have down. They removed all the cover/register deals along with the filter cover panel, took them outside & power washed them, went into every individual opening in the ceiling and thoroughly cleaned each one all the while taking extra steps to protect our furniture, etc from the debris & dust that came out. Lastly, they got into the little closet deal where the actual unit is & probably spent close to an hour in there getting into every nook & cranny possible. The lemon stuff they used to sanitize everything at the end was awesome. I can’t say enough positive things about them. They were amazing and I thank them so very much. We had an ice maker malfunction and flood a portion of our lake house. Floodserv responded immediately and had a team on site within an hour or so, and this house is a good thirty minutes from McAlester. They had the water cleaned up baseboard out, holes drilled in the drywall, fans and dehumidifiers running within two hours of arrival. I'm sure their quick and efficient action minimized the damage saving us inconvenience and repair expense. The team was considerate, reassuring, knowledgeable, efficient and all together a pleasure to work with. These folks are great at controlling and cleaning up the mess. They don't do the repairs but they do provide referrals to other good companies that will. If you have a disaster this is the company to call.

They were quick, at the house within 15 minutes of me calling. All the employees were professional, kind and caring. Got the carpet dried out, the pad removed and base boards, had fans and dehumidifier drying out the room. Came out to check machines and progress of drying floor carpet inside walls etc.. Very friendly would highly recommend!!

We recently called FloodServ not once, but twice when we had 2 water line breaks in different parts of the house. They responded quickly and worked incredibly hard to get the floors and walls dry. We truly appreciate the quick response and great care they took to clean our carpet. We had a beloved elderly dog who had stained the carpet and we weren't sure if we would have to replace it. But they quickly made it like new again!

Our washer backed up into our house along with sewage and flood serve was very prompt in cleaning up. Our flooring had to be removed and they came out ripped all of our flooring and disposed of it for us . Dried our floors and then scheduled a time convenient for me to come and clean our tiles and cement before we began laying the new flooring. Thank You Flood Serve for a job well done.
